Fiasco. A Debacle even.

No, I’m not referring to the Lakers being down to the hated Boston Celtics two games to 1. Yesterday, the tenant of my condo in downtown San Diego flooded the unit and caused damage to every condo unit below mine all the way down to the freakin’ parking garage.

Somehow, he thought the toilet would be a terrific place to discard used Q-Tips. Anyway, the place is a mess and luckily my property manager got a team there to minimize the damage. Veronica and I had to deal with this problem all night and this morning. After speaking with my property manager it seems the damage was contained and not as bad as originally thought. But it’s still bad.
